Decay, decay, deceit, robbery, killing, people will do anything to survive, pandemonium pervades the continent, even the sun can not shine ...

Finally people with hope gathered in the a city that was previous territory of Sparrow Dynasty, trying to rebuild faith and restore order, and they called it, The Light City.
